The long-awaited, technologically advanced Kaady Car Wash in South Hillsboro opened for business in August of this year. And among its first-month visitors was an inspection team from an alliance of state and local clean water and pollution prevention agencies collectively known as Eco-Biz.
In 2011, Eco-Biz certified all Portland area Kaady Car Washes as “Ecological Businesses”, and all have re-qualified for Eco-Biz's “Pollution Prevention Excellence Award" every year since. That Kaady's gleaming new facility on TV Highway has received the same clean bill of health was an honor …but no surprise.
